We used our own Hertog Jan Prestige Malt Blend as a base and enriched it with various Cara Malts and roasted barley. Our brewers created a beautiful balance by combining the malt bitterness with the intense aromas of Goldings Hops. The flavors of this beer are very pronounced and delicious.
