BOUQUET 2025 Mederij Marcus ๐ต๐ฉ๐ช๐ด ๐ช๐ด ๐ข ๐ฃ๐ฆ๐ฆ๐ณ ๐บ๐ฐ๐ถA blend of spontaneously fermented beers from 2022 and 2023, matured in oak barrels. Following maturation, the blend was macerated with sumacadding a lemony, tart qualityand sage, which contributes herbaceous and slightly resinous notes. Pineappleweed rounds out the profile with floral characteristics and hints of pineapple and chamomile.
