This iteration on Zenne y Frontera is a single Oloroso barrel lambic. The barrel came from the last bodega of Josefa Perez Rosado, near the Church of Santiago in Jerez De La Frontera. When the barrel was emptied, the brewers immediately transported it to Beersel and filled it with a two year old lambic and left it for another year. The weighted average age of the lambic at the time of bottling was therefore more than 37
